Teachers new to the building will need passwords to reach many of these resources. Please contact the LRC Staff to set up passwords and authorized access to these sites.
Thunderpass: This is our electronic pass system and it is tied to your gmail account (can be a personal email account). You will use the same password as your mail, but you must first be added to the authorized user list.
Lab Scheduler: All chromebook carts, stationary labs and LRC spaces are scheduled through this online system. This password protected site will need you to create a unique non-expiring password.
Zen Ticket: The work order system for technology requires your username and your district google password. It is important that the work orders submitted are as complete as possible and can include screenshots. The District Tech Department assigns a technician to address each work order so providing as much information as possible makes a difference in addressing your technological problems.
